Day 3 - Back Home
The kids were very excited to see their baby sister come home. It was interesting to see how they all reacted to her differently. They all wanted to hold her and kiss her. As sweet as this may be we want them to keep their distance a little bit for now. They all go to school and we know that schoolis code for breeding ground for germs! Don't get me wrong, none of my kids are bubble-boys. I want them to get dirty and eat mud pies and build up strong immune systems. But that's for boys. I haven't quite figured out how girls do this with the tea parties and dolls and such but the Langford boys will not rush this delicate process! Luckily Cathy has an endless supply of Purell on hand to produce a force field against germs Invisible Girl style!

Day 1 - Welcome to Planet Earth, Swaisie!!!
If you think that after already having four kids the fifth would be no sweat, you would be dead wrong. Not when the fifth is your first girl! It changes everything. Boys are easy, I know what to expect. But a girl ... I'm clueless! I knew I loved her before she was born. Some people like to blur the line of when life begins. I guess they didn't see my 4D ultrasound! I don't know how anyone could question that, but I am getting off track. When I first held her I had to fight back the waterworks. Hey, I can't have my new baby girl thinking her dad is some kinda softy! Well, don't anyone tell her! Anyway, it feels like I am doing it all over again. Back to square one. I have been trying to figure out girls for years, I know there's nothing that could prepare me for what lies ahead. My friends tell me that she'll have me wrapped around her finger. I know they're right. And I can't wait!
